4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made within the timeframe stated in your booking confirmation.

  • Missed classes or events without proper cancellation are non-refundable.

  • Ekasphere reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, you will receive credit or a refund.

5. Assumption of Risk

Participation in Pilates, sound baths, and other activities involves inherent risks. By attending, you agree that:

  • You voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or other outcomes.

  • Ekasphere, its instructors, and partners are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur.

6. Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe and inclusive community, you agree to:

  • Treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect.

  • Refrain from disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior.

  • Follow all posted guidelines and instructor directions.

Ekasphere reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow these standards.
