Flow by Eka is a community-centered Pilates and movement experience designed to bring people together through mindful flow, strength, and connection. Whether you're new to Pilates or refining your practice, our sessions blend physical alignment with soulful grounding, creating space for both energy and calm.

How It Works

Classes are offered in group sessions and private formats. Each Flow by Eka session includes:

  • Warm-up grounding breathwork

  • Dynamic Pilates-inspired flow sequences

  • Connection exercises (partner or group)

  • Cool-down & guided mindfulness
